final harddisk is doing the thing where it stops working for a bit every now and then
thank god it's december 16th and not canada day or something, I can replace it soon

Speaking of dying hard disks, my Dell XPS 15z hard disk can show as 100% disk usage when no programs are even reading anything, and no one ever reaches over 12MB/s. Couldn't check it when I first bought it 3 years ago, but I would assume it could at least read 100MB/s like my other computers. Is this thing pancake or what.
Specs: intel i5 3570k @ 3.4GHz;
