My screenshot from earlier doesn't look nearly as bad now, but I'm having a similar issue on my dad's laptop. The display is 1080p, and his eyes aren't as good as they once were, so he has the text size turned up. However, if he does this while plugged into an external monitor, text on that monitor becomes blurry as if it's been rendered from a vector font and then scaled to the normal size as a raster image, even though on that screen the text scaling is at 100%. It seems to be much worse if the program is started on the laptop screen and moved to the monitor than if the program is started on the monitor, suggesting it's something to do with not redrawing stuff when it should, but the only proper workaround he's found has been to put the text size back to 100% on the laptop screen, which makes the big monitor usable, but the laptop one nearly useless to him.
