I'm assuming if she suspected a heart attack, she's probably going by the classic signs most people use (i.e. chest pain/discomfort, tightness in body) rather than symptoms from a silent heart attack (which can be mistaken for a host of other common, lesser illnesses). Most people who have silent heart attacks don't jump to that conclusion, unless of course they've dealt with heart issues like that before. My dad has had both kinds, unfortunately, and he probably wouldn't have caught the silent one if not for paranoia. He almost had another one, but we got to it earlier this year with a bypass surgery.
Still, you're too young Kinkinkijkin. Panic attacks are still bad news. Hope you can get yourself sorted out soon.
