Actually... that's harder than it sounds. The problem is where those MD5s come from for the database. redump has gamecube games and is accurate, but its wii database is private, and it won't have every game either. GameTDB is has gamecube and wii games public but its database is mostly just popular games. Plus there's the matter of the database we're pulling from could be wrong (especially with GameTDB), and if a ISO is confirmed "good" by the MD5 and doesn't boot it becomes our fault... And building our own database via crowdsourcing is impossible since it requires a vetting process...
Basically, the dream idea of having a complete database of accurate MD5 hashes within Dolphin is not doable. Not quite ideal options are possible, and would cover the popular games, but they aren't really any better (and would be pulling from the same sources!) than just googling the hash. I mean, come on! I have dialup and it takes seconds...
And there's the whole, you know, cleanrip checking redump automatically thing... You could always just use that!
