Well I just want to be sure so maybe someone else would definitely know. I'm not too concerned considering load temps are in the high 50's Celsius or low to mid 60's Celsius.

The 1000th was mostly me trying to get post 10,000. I had to catch a plane, and didn't get back to internet for a fortnight, so missed post 10,000. Post 9001 will have to do as my best numbered post.

Has anyone managed to make nvidia's adaptive vsync work with dolphin? Microstuters with vsync enabled make performance drops way worse than they really are, and without it you have to bear screen tearing.
Ok after some searching found this: https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/is...d=7169#c11 Fwiw, you guys should make bVSync a int Variable all together. Adaptive Vsync requires -1 but bool can only be 1 and 0. I tried to change the bvsync values to iVsync and bool Vsync to int Vsync but seems to be more complicated than that since it didn't build. I have the feeling that all checkboxes take only bool values and the vsync checkbox should be changed to something else too. Damn. 08-20-2014, 02:38 AM
I never even got forcing regular vsync through nvcp to work. Only dolphins built in vsync option works.

Amazon should really ban sellers from using FesEx Smartpost and similar cheapskate shipping options. Lately whenever something was ordered via Amazon it came Smartpost and it isn't like shipping isn't ridiculous enough especially for a small item.
Yep my new PSU is coming via Smarpost and I'd be lucky if: - My package doesn't get lost in the mail. - I get it this week or early next week or next week at all. Packages via Smartpost get bounced around and even if your package is at the local post office it could be days before it's finally delivered, there's several complaints with Smartpost and similar discount shipping options sellers choose. If I'm already paying a premium for shipping don't pull shit like using Smartpost and use UPS/FedEx three day. Edit: Well if I'm lucky it may come by Saturday. :o 08-20-2014, 06:15 PM
Do you reckon Nintendo will use Dolphin as a base for it's GameCube Virtual Console?

WIIU uses a power pc cpu which has common elements to the Wii and Gamecube cpu, dolphin on the other hand is made to run in x86 cpu chips and arm chips. I don't think dolphin would be much useful to Nintendo, if it followed the other competitors and used a x86 cpu in wiiu then perhaps, as things stand though i think not. 08-20-2014, 07:00 PM
And Dolphin's licensing isn't friendly to that. Of course, it's not like they'd declare it to the rooftops and even if we found out it's not like there would be anything we could do about it.
Since they have all the source material on the original hardware they'd probably just make their own emulator. Intel Xeon w7-3465X OC | Asus Pro WS W790-E Sage SE | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 FE | 8x16GiB G-Skill Zeta R5 DDR5-6000 | Windows 11 23H2 | (details)
