Also better thermal headroom, so maybe better overclockability than Haswell Refresh?

The random thread got boring... just technical talk about CPUs, GPU, PCs etc.

Some stuff still happens here sometimes, but it does seem like the hardware discussion thread has migrated here.
By the way, does anybody have experience with DLNA and (LG) Smart TVs/Blu-Ray players? I have a computer in my house that we're using as a DLNA server, as it has a networked folder where all my parents' and my music is stored. I'm using XBMC to share all this over DLNA/UPnP, and can see it on the TV, blu-ray player, my dad's iPad and a netbook with XBMC acting as a DLNA client thingy. The issue is that the TV seems to load most of the library, and then get bored, and refuse to load more. If I navigate to the music by LG's SmartShare app's music library, and select artist, album etc in the bottom left it usually loads items alphabetically up to a certain point, then stops, but sometimes loads things right from A to Z, but misses odd things out. If I go through SmartShare's DLNA browser thing directly, and go into one of the directories made by XBMC, it'll load all items up to a certain point, and then load nothing past that point, e.g. all artists from 'Aaron the-made-up-beginning-of-the-alphabet-guy' to 'Somebody I-made-up-later-in-the-alphabet' will have absolutely everything loaded on the TV, and anything later than something around S won't be displayed at all. Basically, has anyone had this issue and fixed it (as googling isn't getting much done), or if not, does anyone know something other than LG SmartShare that'll run on an LG Smart TV without us having to admit defeat and admit that the TV being smart has not been sufficient?

To get back to the randomness about this thread:
I just went to the dentist to get my wisdom teeth checked out (bottom left hurt like ass). It hurts even more now and my face is swollen. Painkillers don't seem to help ;_; 08-14-2014, 04:15 AM

The only two cavities and decayed/broken teeth I've had in my entire life are my wisdom teeth. What I did was gargle with salt water, applied salt to the infected area (as infection/bacteria causes the aching) or other home made remedies. Eventually the pain and aching subsided and only have a bit of pain and discomfort when biting into stuff or chewing with those teeth. 08-14-2014, 12:14 PM
Metal Gear Solid 5 episodes coming to PC via steam. This only further delays any need to buy a PS4.

Grats KHg8m3r. (is there any story behind this name?)
