to be honest, that vCore could be real

Well, the VCore's not inaccurate, but everything else is.

It seems you're trying to melt your processor, would you like me to help you with that?

It's AMD. While my current OC can run well on 1.46, I'm a paranoid arsebutt, though, it's not really "high" with AMD until you get into 1.6+ territory, especially with Athlon II.

That's still pretty high for 45nm AMD.
Edit: RachelB Wrote:Or maybe i did run out of vram, idk. At 12x? You definitely ran out of vram. 640 x 12 = 7680 528 x 12 = 6336 7680 x 6336 = 48660480 or 48.66 megapixels per frame Aassuming a 32 bit RGBA buffer that's nearly 200MB for just one image in a color buffer with alpha. At 2GB vram you would run out for sure. Edit: What math should I take this summer (unrelated to major)? Calculus II, differential equations, linear algebra, or something else?

If you haven't had any linear algebra yet, I'd strongly suggest you to take that one. Differential equations are sort of "meh" (imo you don't really learn much stuff which enhances your mathematics, but just get tools to solve very specific problems). Calculus II is probably cool though (or maybe not, depending on the actual content of that class).
Linear algebra is awesome, especially if you care about its applications in computer science (with formal logic it's likely to be the most important mathematics class for a future computer scientist). I've never really had any use for differential equations, other than maybe for Physics related stuff (solving dynamics problems? can't remember). Not sure what Calculus 2 involves.
EDIT: Calculus II is sequences/series/complicated integrals/parametric equations. Meh, interesting but not as much as linear algebra. 04-12-2014, 03:57 AM

Linear algebra sounds fun to me. If it involves the linear kind of algebra that I've been doing in my high-school/college algebra classes, that is.
