Thanks folks. I'm trying to get into a more active lifestyle and watch what I eat/drink. It's gonna be hard since it became ingrained into my lifestyle and daily routine but just in the last year I made changes and don't feel as hungry anymore. I think what helped me is going off psych, anxiety and depression meds as those were making me feel lethargic and had side effects of increased appetite and weight gain. I'm trying to find ways to cope with or overcome the anxiety w/o medication so I can feel and sleep better.
I need to make changes because I'm having problems with my ankles and feet swelling up, minor skin discoloration around my feet/ankles. Losing any weight is good for me and am working my way up with making more changes but right now just small steps to gradually get into a healthier lifestyle.
