Random speed up help needed

Ok,so i am currently playing metroid prime 3(Trilogy version),and in random moments it speeds up on itself as if im holding the TURBO button to speed up which i am not.. and it happens very often btw. So I figured,ok maybe its just the game.So i tried Spryro Enter the dragonfly and SAME thing occurs.I tied several other games with same outcome.I tried using ALL video backends and messed with the framelimiter,all settings with no success.

GTX 580 1.5GB

dolphin 4.0.2
OpenGL currently
EFB copies -Texture
Texture cache -Fast
NO AA as of yet
everything else is default
