I experience some sort of slowdown in metroid prime, usually when I first boot the game up.  However, what's odd is the game itself thinks it's still running full speed because the audio doesn't crackle or stutter or slow down, just the gameplay.  I first thought I needed to enable optimal performance in my nvidia drivers, but that doesn't seem to help.  Anyone else experience this?

The game can lag on Wii, is it possible that the game itself is lagging? Does overclocking the emulated CPU make it no lag?

Virtual xfb causes fps ~48 VPS 60 on mine. Disable xfb if you can. You will have to turn off dualcore or DC and Sync GPU on.

I think the cause may be I'm using real xfb. Virtual xfb seems to cause flickering.
