I do hope you're only using the x86 builds because that's just what you downloaded, not because you're running a 32 bit version of windows 8 on an i7-4770.
If you are, please, for the love of Dolphin emulation and Raptor Jesus, reinstall your copy of Windows 8 with a 64 bit disk (as far as I know, the code that came with your computer will allow you to install it as 64 bits. Windows 7 did, and I don't think anything was changed with 8)
