Random controller movements

I started using Dolphin with my Wii U controller adapter recently and I've noticed that my controller does some sudden movements to the left in both sicks. I'm pretty sure it doesn't have anything to do with deadzones since it can work fine for a few minutes and then randomly move to the left for an instant and then keep working like normal. I searched for similar problems other people had but no one else seemed to have this problem with original gamecube controllers on the Wii U adapter, any ideas on how to fix this?

I have used it both on a GameCube and my Switch and I've never come across this problem before, and it just happens at randoms, sometimes once or twice per minute at a time and sometimes it's normal for about half an hour. I was thinking it might be something with either Dolphin itself or the drivers somehow.

What adapter do you have/what mode is it in?

What adapter do you have/what mode is it in?

I have the Nintendo Switch model of the Wii U adapter and I don't know if it has any other modes than just its default since Dolphin reads it completely fine.
