Hey guys so I've been messing with Dolphin and have a few quick questions to ask you all:
1) When it comes to fps, if you run faster than the games original fps it always will play at a faster speed then normal (i.e. native 60fps rendering at 95fps means it'll be running 35% faster than normal, not 35% smoother?)
2) Is native refresh rate for most games 30hz? 60hz?
Basically I thought that if my system can run the game at 115fps for instance it would just be much smoother, without speeding up actual gameplay, is that not the right assumption to make?
I've got a 3570k oced to 4.6ghz and a GTX 690 (not as important I know).
