Hello

wich is the fastest plugin direct3D or opengl?

And what is the difference in the EFB Scale : Fractional, Integral , 1x ?

Desktop:

Pentium 4 3ghz with HP
2gb ram
ati hd3850 512 mb

Laptop
dual-core 1.6 ghz

wich should behave better?

I doubt dolphin will even run with that laptops gpu. The GPU in your desktop is massively better but the cpu in your laptop is massively better, pentium 4s are shit.

Depends on the game but usually d3d9.

Long story so I'll summarize. Certain areas in some games will appear "blurry" even at a high resolution, raising the efb scale will fix this. Higher scale = less performance but better quality (clearer/sharper). Integral automatically selects either 1x, 2x, or 3x depending on how high your resolution is (the higher your resolution is the higher the scale needs to be) while fractional scales to your exact resolution. That's my summary without going into what it actually does (basically just renders the efb at a higher resolution where 1x is the native resolution, 640 x 480, 2x is 1280 x 960, and 3x is 1920 x 1440).

What game? Most games shouldn't be able to get anywhere near that framerate with a pentium 4.
