Hello!

I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Verizon 4G LTE. I know not much about cpus and gpus of tablets. I did a noob google search and found out this tablet has a MDM9615M Qualcomm 1.4GHz/Exynos™ 4412 Quad inside. I am running Android 4.1.2. I just found out today that dolphin made a emulator for mobile. Here is my question. Is this device not powerful enough to run this more then 1fps? I am desperately trying to play Soul Calabur 2 on the go. I fully understand it won't be 100% speed. I can't even get past the made by Nintendo screen. It takes so long just for the text to change. Well I hope someone can help me. I paid for this over priced crap and would like to take full advantage of it. If this cpu is not powerful enough is it possible to upgrade it like we can do with our computer's?
