Single core mode is important for debugging, that's why we keep it around, plus that it's more reliable and we haven't done the work of making state saves work stable on dual core yet.

When we get LLE audio up and running correctly, you'll find that having as many as three cores will be useful, since LLE audio will be very power demanding but can fairly easily be emulated on a separate core. So at that point, CPU, GFX and Audio will be on one core each. They can't really be split further, so I doubt we'll find much of a use for a fourth core..

Oh, I see..
Well, keep the good work! Thx for the explanation! =D
it's just a mather of time to the emulator gets almost perfect =D
Oh, and by the way, why when we use idle skiping, games get slower wen we activate other audio? (slower, below than normal but without the other audio, it gets toooo fast)

Dual core mode is almost perfect a 2 Ghz processor can almost run a game perfectly.
But, it's not my decision, programmers are the bosses of the operation here =p
I'm just expressing my opinion.

By the way, if some programmer can explain to me why keep single core, i'de love an explanation =p

bugs in dual-core, and Dolphin is still going through major development. Why would they abandon it when overall everything is under major development?
