As I said earlier Dolphin isn't my problem. It's in fact a quirky work-around I have found...
By the way I am using the default Microsoft bluetooth stack. I couldn't seem to get bluesoleil to work for me. Came back with an error saying it couldn't find my bluetooth device...

I have that same problem, every time a start up Glove pie, i then open script, and then open Dolphin, but when i start dolphin it wont sense anything and then for a while the LED lights on the wii mote powers off.
but with out glovepie i can play a game with the wii mote, but the only problem is that when i play a game like super Mario galaxy 2 the IR Sensing doesn't work, but the buttons on the wii mote does.
