Question Before Installation

I am interested in getting Dolphin, but before I do, I want to know involving how it will run:

My PC:
Intel i5-3337U Processor
Nvidia Geforce 720M Graphics
6GB RAM
Windows 8.1 x86

Some games I am interested in playing:
Super Smash Bros. Melee
Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
Star Fox: Assault
Tales of Symphonia

How many frames will I likely get? Will it even run? How should I optimize Dolphin to make it run best?

Will run pretty slow because:

1- X64 builds are faster.

2- That processor is an ultra-low voltage model, designed to work at low frequencies (thing that Dolphin hates).
