It is just warning you that you have it enabled (in case you forgot you had enabled it). I have played through 3 temples in ZTP without the unlimited hack and worked fine for me, I only got one crash at hyrule, but it was rare (I blame the frame skipper Tongue

). Only use the hack when you really need it.
