Any gamepad's buttons are customizable in Dolphin. Heck, Dolphin doesn't know what buttons it should map to in the first place, so you *have* to set them up manually.
If you're just generally asking if the thing works with Dolphin at all, it should, since it's just a standard PC gamepad that somehow also supports being a PS3 controller.
