did any one play Tournament of Legends?

i got only 10 fps and 20 vps while i played this game.

how to speed it up ?

Hi,
I have same issue. Most of game's on my laptop (core i5, 4gb ddr3 ram, radeon 5650) are playable even on HD with 60FPS.
In Tournament of Legends I have only 12 FPS.
