We don't have explicit rules against it, but nudity is frowned upon in a public forum where there are people below the age of 18 can easily browse.

personally, i'd allow it depending on the nature of the picture.

you can have nsfw, sexually art. that would be fine for me, thats discussable. it DOES require a NSFW tag though

As an example of how lax DacoTaco can be, he's actually posted someone's drawing of tits in the 'Programming Discussion Thread' thread ages ago, mostly for the sake of humour. Whether that'd still happen these days is another question.

Sexually explicit stuff? No, not like what you'd find on Sankaku Channel (don't ask why I know about stuff like that). Not like anything you'd find on "softcore" or "hardcore" sites. Actual nudity would be debatable if it can be seen as a legitimate form expression, and it was limited in scope (i.e. spoiler tags WITH warnings). If in doubt, you can screen it by members of Forum Staff (please don't send me your nudes though... Tongue

We're not going to ban you for posting things like the Japanese version of Misty's Tears, or any of the hundreds questionably clothed anime characters (*cough*Kill la kill*cough*) in the anime thread we have in Delfino Plaza, as long as it's at least relevant to whatever topic you have going on. But if something qualifies as porn, or the sole, primary purpose of posting it is purely for arousal, that's a flat out no. There are other places online for people to enjoy this kind of "spice".

If you're just thinking about posting something like fan-art (which can be "sexy" depending on the artist without being explicit) that's fine, since it's a form of expression. If it's just for laughs (you know, dickbutt memes) that's pretty harmless. Hope this has clarified my position.
