Question about resolution.

Is it best to play these games in 640/480, or will they look better in 1920/1080?

It might not be clear to the OP that Dolphin will render things at increased resolutions, rather than just upscaling existing pixels from 1x IR and applying a scaling filter.

It might not be clear to the OP that Dolphin will render things at increased resolutions, rather than just upscaling existing pixels from 1x IR and applying a scaling filter.

Yeah I read online that someone said that these old games are better played at their native resolution, but I didn't know that about dolphin, thanks.

They are two resolutions to increase,you need to increase "internal resolution" setting for games to look better
