Its contents can be copied to the GC/Wiis main memory, these copies are known as efb copies. In dolphin efb copies can be emulated with textures stored in video ram or as encoded images stored in main memory. The former is known as efb copy to texture and the latter is known as efb copy to ram. EFB copy to texture is much faster but is inaccurate to the way the GC/Wii uses efb copies and the contents of the efb copies can only be accessed via shaders. This means only the emulated gpu has access to the efb copies. EFB copy to ram is much slower but it uses the efb copies the same way a real GC/Wii would and allows both the emulated cpu and emulated gpu to access the contents of the efb copies. If a visual effect in a game relies on the cpu accessing efb copies then that effect will not work with efb copy to texture (since the cpu has no access to efb copies under that method) but will work with efb copy to ram.
Wow. You sir, know a lot. Tongue

These are your specs not your settings. I meant your graphic settings and such

Oh right! haha, well for Mario Kart and Eternal Darkness I go with Auto Internal resolution setting (but setting screen res to 1920x1080), with full AA and anisotropic filters. Dual core is enabled, Idle skipping and JIT Recompiler as well. Audio in those two games is set to DSP LLE, but in Mario Strikers I have to change it to HLE. All with Direct3D9, the rest is default.

Thx for the help, I'm new at this and I don't know what most of the things are :S

You would probably do best to take screenshots of the settings screens and upload the pics for completeness.

What happens if you remove the AA? Do the frame rates increase?

In SSBM I tried setting everyting to low: internal los was 640x528, no AA nor filters, and so forth and although the frame rates did increase, it was only by a small margin.

Try manually setting the Internal Resolution to 2x (not the full screen resolution but the Internal resolution) and remove the AA. See if that helps to any degree.

also keep in mind that even with a very powerful system,. not all games will run at full speed (yet).

I am having to play Twilight Princess with HLE because my system cannot handle with with LLE. My system is fairly powerful so this hopefully puts it in perspective.

Nah, still the same. It must be that the emulation isn't perfect then. Even with everything set to low, SSBM still laggs quite a bit. Fortunaely Eternal Darkness and Paper Mario run smoothly and those are my huge favourites Big Grin

Not really, this game runs perfect for me on 3.5 and the latest revisions. Try setting the FPS manually (60 for NTSC, 50 for PAL) and check Limit by FPS. Some times forcing Dolphin to limit by FPS helps.

I just played SSBM on 3.5; it was lagging for some reason (stuck aroun 40~43 FPS). My framelimit was set to Audio; I set it to 60 (brought FPS back to fullspeed) then set it back to Audio. You might need to play around with this setting sometimes.
