question about FPS?

In enhancements, only anisotrophy filter x16 is enabled. I use these settings for 90% of games (except those which need EFB->Ram to operate) and it yields full fps.

Ocean, do you also tend to run 90% of your games wit the progressive scan setting checked? What DSP settings do you use? Why aren't you locking the threads to cores? Do you happen to know if Dolphin can produce a Dolby Digital 5.1 encoded bit stream (I'm using the digital out on my pc which is connected to to my surround sound processor -- currently it detects the dolphin audio stream as mono / stereo)?
