Question About DolphinBar

Just making sure, I do NOT have bluetooth connectivity on my computer, is the dolphinbar sufficient for getting the WiiMotes connected and working with Dolphin?

Yes. A DolphinBar might have trouble with certain edge cases (though I don't remember which ones... third-part Wii Remotes and also Wii Remote audio maybe?) that can be avoided if using a separate Bluetooth adapter with Bluetooth passthrough, but having just a DolphinBar does work for connecting Wii Remotes and playing games.
