Hey guys I'm building my first PC soon. I was wondering if these PC specs will run Dolphin good, especially in 1080p HD. And I was wondering if it could run up to 1400p or what ever the max settings is for Dolphin, "Haven't used Dolphin in ages" Sorry. And would it run in 2k/4k with texture packs for games? And would it be fast enough for games like Twilight Princess, Skyward Sword, Wind Waker, Ocarina, Super Mario Sunshine, etc? Thanks would appreciate it. ^_^

Intel Core i5 6600K 3.50 GHz Quad Core Processor
MSI GTX 1060 X 6GB Graphics card "VR Ready"
MSI Pro Solution Intel Z170A LGA 1151 DDR4 USB 3.1 ATX Motherboard Supports up to 64gb of Ram/memory.
Memory: 4x DDR4-3600(OC)/ 3200(OC)/ 3000(OC)/ 2800(OC)/ 2600(OC)/ 2400/ 2133 MHz DIMM Slots, Dual Channel,
Operating System:Windows 10

If this helps let me know. Thank you. ^_^ I was going to go with AMD but I heard AMD is bad with Dolphin so I decided to go a head and build a PC that supports intel. Thanks! Smile And would I get decent fps with this? Thank you again.

Definitely.

1080p won't be an issue at all with a GTX 1060, and the CPU is fast enough for (almost) any game, especially if you can overclock it.

Thank you for taking your time to reply to me. Wasn't so sure if the GTX 1060 was good enough or not. This is my first build so wish me luck! Smile Also I heard Dolphin supports VR now. Is this true? Thanks. Smile "Sorry for going off topic"

Dolphin doesn't support VR. There is a fork that adds support for it, but we will not discuss that fork here.

Alright thank you, hope I didn't break any rules or anything. Just curious was all. Thanks for the reply! Smile

No, not at all.
