Question about banners:Not sure if issue or not

A few days ago I added megaman 9 to my folder. Banner did not show up. I went to properties on megaman, closed dolphin, reopened and the banner showed up. Now it wont show up in the newer build I downloaded. Do you know whats happening? How can i get them to show up, is it a problem with dolphin, or my backups?
