Qt5core.dll error

I was using dolphin for hours yesterday on my pc, and when I downloaded it on my laptop and it gave me an error saying, "the code execution cannot proceed because Qt5Core.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." and "the code execution cannot proceed because Qt5Gui.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." and then "the code execution cannot proceed because Qt5widgets.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." I looked all over the internet trying to fix this and nothing worked. And then i turned on my computer today, and it happened on my PC too! I can't find a solution for anything. Please help.

When you download Dolphin, make sure to extract the entire folder, not just Dolphin.exe.
