I am building an arcade machine, and i want to be able to run more then one version of Dolphin with its own configuration files.
i see that all configs are saved to documents dolphin folder now - can i have more then one folder?

my issue is that i am running Dolphin Triforce for Mario Kart GP1 and GP2, with custom setup for controllers to get it to work on my arcade bartop.
and then i am running Dolphin for Gamecube and Wii

When i change anything in my controller setup for the Triforce model, it changes the controller setup on my gamecube and wii as well...

is there a way around this?

Kind regards

You have two main options. Firstly, you can use game ini settings to tie Triforce games to your triforce controller profiles, and Wii to Wii and GC to GC etc. This would allow you to do everything within a single Dolphin version. Instead of this, you could have a separate version somewhere else on your machine and make a text file in its folder called portable.txt, which will force that instance of Dolphin to put all its user data in its own folder, instead of the global user directory in your documents folder.

Sorry, I'm piggybacking on your thread. But is there any reason why we have to use an older build from a different branch to play Triforce games? Shouldn't it be in the latest master?
