Okay so this is a question everyone always has the same answer to; " dood u gotta upgrade yer cpu." and yes i understand this but understand my question please. i just would like to know whats with gamecube performence in general, because im below ameteur in this field. I play fallout 3 perfectly on my computer at its highest settings, so the only figure i had for dolphin was why wouldnt it work well. Windwaker wont go above 40-45% speed (except in buildings) does this have to do with the fact that a gc game is being converted to play on pc? because i would have thought fallout 3 or tomb raider is much more demanding than windwakers cartooney awesomeness. itd just be nice to have an explanation i understand :) thank you for anyones time

So, get a new PC, that one won't get you very far. Basically, we've had too many people with that kind of hardware making threads like these and we don't need anymore. http://dolphin-emu.org/docs/faq/ (WIP) http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=22118 Closed.
