Punch Out crappy sound

Hello everyone, in wondering if there is a patch for the crappy sound of this game, it seems after 2 minutes of playing all the music,voices start to sound horrible and ive tried many revs and configurations.

I think there's no way around the crappy sound, yet.
Even Nosound's video of the game has it and he's known to have a hand for good configs
