I wonder what their classic users think of Move Party then which was described as being the equivalent of an early Wii third party effort from Sony a first Party, still this will flop badly because most of the people who bought the wii bought it because of price, Nintendo's first party games and one key thing Mario unless Sony somehow gets Mario or their own version of Mario then they will not do well especially considering that a new Zelda which uses the motion+ is being released either late this year which would mean around when Move will also be released or early next year which will be when Move games will still be in the early stages, Essentially Nintendo is using their Holy Trinity to drive home their motion control dominance, Sony simply cannot match Nintendo's first party acceptability in society nearly every casual/hardcore gamer knows of Mario,Link and to some degree Samus. If the best Sony can do in terms of games for Move is that shooter thing or that laggy Wii Sports knock-off then Move might not be around for very long.

Natal on the other hand can do well but not as a gaming device developers have called it a piece of s**t to develop for due to the numerous issues they've had with the whole body tracking and stable framerates so don't expect to be seeing any so called hardcore games that are 100% Natal but it can be used for other things which can still make it appealing to buyers.

Not to sound like a Sony "fanboy" but didn't Sony come up with idea? I remember seeing something about that back when ps3 was still being developed. I bet ima get some people angry about this over Wii fanboys D:! *waits and sees*

Who even cares? How hard could it have honestly been to come up with the idea for the wiimote or the one ps3 is getting?

You mean Sixaxis? It's barely motion sensitive and is rarely used at all.

That's true.. The thought or idea has probably been entertained ever since the boxing gloves accessory were released for the NES in the 80's. It just hasn't been technologically or economically viable until the last few years.

It's been technologically viable for the last couple of years but no one was willing to oppose the established control method or the traditional gamer. Nintendo did it because they where willing to try it after the relative failure of the Gamecube and they wanted to expand gaming.

Nintendo said they've looked at all kinds of motion technologies and decided wiimote was the best (economically stratically) I would guess all 3 companies keep track of most technology being developed (None of them invented the gyroscope, but both their screen pointers seems original).
Specs: intel i5 3570k @ 3.4GHz;
16Gb RAM; Raedon HD 7900;
Win8 64-Bit
