PS3 Dualshock only works with one game

Hello all!

I am using Dolphin 4 to play my Wii games on my MAC. I use my Dualshock controller from my PS3. I managed to set up the controller without too many difficulties, and it works perfectly with the only Wii ISO I had until then. I have a few more now, but even though everything is correctly configured, the games will not react to the controller except for that one first game. This one always works, none of the rest do. I change nothing in between loading on or another ISO but always the same happens. I tried reinstalling and a couple more things, but no luck so far. Any ideas anyone?
