PS3 DualShock 3 Controller

I have motionjoy and using PS3 with it playing NBA2K12 on my PC.

Now I downloaded dolphin and tried to play Monster Hunter Tri on it.
So far I had configured my PS3 in GCPAD option and my PS3 DualShock 3 is working there.

But when I play MH tri my Dualshock won't respond. The only controller that is working is my mouse and keyboard. Anyone can help me with this?

Monster Hunter Tri is a WII game, you need configure the emulated wiimote not the GC pad unless when using the classic controller
