PS3 Controller set-up

i've got a question about this one,

I'm currently have this set-up:

DS3 Motioninjoy software for my PS-3 controller

And dolphin 3.0-776 Dirty

the game i'm trying to play is MH3 or Monster Hunter Tri

and the problem is it doesn't detect that I'm using a controller even though I changed the settings for "classic" and not nunchuck it still doesnt work. any ideas?

for example the D-pad is used to move the camera around instead of the R-Analog stick (when i do or touch this it causes my character to attack instead of moving the camera around)
