PS3 Controller Issue

I'm going insaaaaane!!!!

I've installed my PS3 controller and I'm using Dolphin alongside BetterDS3. It works perfectly expect I cannot map my Analogue sticks....why?!! I installed it the usual method of first installing MotionJoy then using BeterDS3.

Please someone give me some wisdom as to whats going on...better yet maybe even a ready made DualShock controller profile? I just wanna play a game!!
