PS3 Analog sticks buggy?

I only really play 1 game atm and that is Super Smash Bros Melee. I use XPADDER and my PS3 controller including the sticks work fine except one issue. The sticks randomly stop working or speed up or slow down. For instance if I am constantly rotating the stick in a circle, it will go normal speed, then stop, then normal speed, then slow down. This happens whenever I also just go in straight lines ect and doesn't only happen when I change direction. The controller works fine and don't know what to do. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Stop using Xpadder.
Map your controller directly in Dolphin..

Indeed, using programs that redirect input between devices (joypad to keyboard in your case) isn't the most ideal setup. You can try this software to get your PS3 controller recognized by Windows: http://forums.pcsx2.net/Thread-XInput-Wrapper-for-DS3-and-Play-com-USB-Dual-DS2-Controller

After that, you should be able to configure the input in Dolphin just fine.
