Ps3 analog stick help

Hi I just recently tried playing on this emulator for the first time today and I run Luigis Mansion and the analog stick only lets me go certain ways its not responding like it should and the d pad is not working at all is there a correct way to set this I am using MotioninJoy on windows 7 x64 bit

Most likely you have either misconfigured the buttons in the GCPad interface, or there is a problem with the controller emulation type that you have chosen in DS3 tool. Try clicking on "game controller panel" in the DS3 Tool interface, then click "properties" and press the buttons or flick the analogs that you can't get to work in Dolphin. If they do respond, you have most likely done something wrong in the GCPad.

Note: You can also go to game controller panel by clicking on devices and printers.
