PS/PS2 Dual USB adapter, 2nd Dualshock 50% recognised

Hi guys,

I looked for info in the forum about PS/PS2 Dual USB adapter issues and couldn't find anything .

I bought one of those cheap Dual adapter we can find on ebay (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Dual-PSX-PS1-PS2-Plasation-2-To-PC-USB-Game-Pad-Controller-Converter-Adapter-New/281631314652 ) and it works well with "OpenEmu" or "PCSX2"
... Ah yeah, I'm on mac (osx 10.10).

However with dolphin, I can set the 1st dualshock (which is named device Input/0/Twin USB Joystick) however there is nothing about the 2nd dualshock (which I guess should be named device Input/1/Twin USB Joystick ??)

When I want to set the 2nd dualshock if I try to press a button to assign to a key, the button is recognised and saved (as Button 3 for example) but when I press it again to test, the little box doesn't light red. However if I press the same button on the 1st dualshock, the box turns red !!
Also when I check in the configure control (right click) it seems names of each buttons appear twice. Would it be the source of the problem?

I hope I am clear.
Do you have a quick fix to suggest guys?

There was another thread about this somewhere else. There's something up with Dolphin not liking this adapter in OSX, but I've gotten it to work fine in Windows.

Is there!? I Couldn't put a finger on it! I could only find this one https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-playstation-usb-adapter-support?highlight=2+dualshock which is not really helpful.
