Have you tried WiiPair? I don't know a thing about either of these two programs, but WiiPair sounds like it does the same thing.

No but I just found WiimoteConnect. It works but this program looks alot more polished and desirable out of them all.

This is the 0.9.3 release. I don't have anything newer. He might not have released anything newer, though. Also, the licence in the readme says to distribute it, I need to say it was made by phrosh, and also link to http://www.phrosh-web.de (which doesn't actually have it available for download, so you're still stuck with this link).

Nope, I've not used this software more than a couple of times, and that was when it was brand new, so ages ago. I am therefore unable to provide support.
