Project M - Issues on latest Dolphin dev builds

I've tried a few development builds over the course of a couple weeks, including the newest one which brings support for ubershaders, and Project M has had the same issues on all of them. Using Gecko to load the game (specifically the PMNetplayv3.elf that comes with the current netplay build), mostly everything works. However, the Z button does nothing regardless of how it's mapped, throwing an opponent kills them instantly, and custom music doesn't load correctly (it plays as if the SD Card was removed on a real Wii). Here's a video showcasing the problems (VOLUME WARNING) :

and my specs, if they matter in this situation:

Intel i5-7200U
Nvidia 940MX
8 GB RAM
Windows 10 Home x64
Dolphin build 5.0-4869

Make sure you´re on High Performance mode, both on Windows and in the NVidia Control Panel.

Your CPU is ultra-low voltage (hence the -U suffix) and will do everything to save energy and keep itself cool.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

Yeah, I'm set to high performance on both and it doesn't make a difference. It seems like an issue with the more recent builds, as it works perfectly on 5.0-321.
