So, can I flood here? >=)

(just kiddin', just don't hear this guy that has talked right now... He's crazy.)
Does anyone knows EXACTLY the frequency of the COSMAC VIP tone? Yes, yes, I know it's just a pesky tone, you can do it whatever you like... But I wanna be accurate(If you can say this like that XD). I've simulated the very very old computer's oscillator, and gave me 1,27kHz. But it's just a simulation, and there can be errors because of this... I don't have the right components.
Ok, if you all don't want to answer this one, here goes another less idiot.
I cannot find any explanation about how a plugin system in an emulator should work. Could you give me some lights of it?
(Oh, god, please I know the basics, but what I can't unsderstand is HOW the plugin COMMUNICATES with the emu through the shared library!!!
What?? The emulator turns the memory and states accessible to the plugin functions, then they send the results of processing onscreen?(If I understood, give me a YES, YOU F*** CHILD!!!! if not, give an OH, GOD. THE WORLD DOESN'T NEED THIS GUY. (And explain it, please <=) ))
