If I upgrade my Processor to FX8320E does that help recording/streaming Dolphin through OBS?

heres the rest of the specs

Processor AMD FX™-4300 Quad-Core Processor (Upgrading to FX-8320E)

Video Card Radeon™ RX 460 Graphics

RAM 8.0 GB

Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 17134), 64-bit
