fam, your graphics card is way to slow..buy new graphic card and dolphin will work much faster...dolphin is NOT graphic card intensive and cpu is much more important, but up to the point...when you have crappy card like that,it's gonna matter...because its just too crappy Smile

Well it depends on the game and resolution...you can only play at native resolution with that card..any attempt to go any higher resolution and fps will drop...because of the card..I had radeon 1650 and when I switched to 9800 gt I got like 10 fps more even in native resolution, not to mention higher resolutions
I am not saying he cant use dolphin with that card...but he asked how to get higher fps,not if he can use dolphin at all

While we are talking about specs and how they affect Dolphin, heres my specs and game performances:

Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT 512 MB GDDR3 PCI Express Graphics Card
RAM: 4GB DIMM DDR2 RAM
Processor: Intel Core2Duo 2x1.86Ghz (Total: 3.72Ghz clocked at 4Ghz according to SysInternals)
OS: Windows XP MCE 2005 SP3
Sound: Onboard SigmaTel HDA 9220 w/modified drivers for Stereo Mix
DirectX: 9.0C

Game Speeds:

Super Mario Sunshine: Roughly 50-60fps, emu crashes during peach kidnapped scenario
Wind Waker: 30fps for Intro, 50fps outside, 60fps inside
Twilight Princess: Cannot test gameplay due to lack of Wiimote emulation support in R4465, but I have gotten up to 55 fps during intro.
  • Intel Core i7-2600 QC processor (8MB Cache, 3.4GHz)
  • CPU Instructions : MMX, SSE (1, 2, 3, 3S, 4.1, 4.2), EM64T, VT-x, AES, AVX
  • ATI Radeon HD 5670 1GB GDDR5
  • RAM: 8GB DDR3 SDRAM at 1333MHz
  • Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

Game Critique from 1999: We will hopefully never see a game like Link's Super Archery Contest. If we did then I think Link would become just another me-too character. - Link's Crossbow Training

4710 crashes when exiting a game, hoping that 4712 solves this

Hi.
I have one question. Can I play Super Mario Wii with good speed with this computer?
-Intel Pentium D 920, 2.8Ghz
-2GHz Ram
-Windows Vista Basic
-Graphic Card Intel 945g, but I buy a better one if the others specs are enough to run it.
Thanks.
