What's the best processor for dolphin?

Mine is SD 720G on Redmi Note 9 Pro, and NFS, Shrek, Madagascar, Sonic run at almost full speed.

Conditions:
- Shrek 2 works only on MMJ.
- NFS U2 requires Vulkan and/or underclock to 60%, otherwise it will crash after a few minutes.
- NFS Carbon/Undercover on Wii require underclock to 40%, by default the speed is 50% (30fps).
- NFS HP2 and Madagascar Kartz require underclock to 40%, otherwise they will be slow.
- Shrek the Third freezes on several storyline scenes, but it's full speed.
- Madagascar Escape 2 Africa, 3: Europe's Most Wanted work at full speed by default.
- NFS U1, MW, Carbon on GC, ProStreet on Wii work at almost full speed, and can be slightly accelerated by underclocking to 60%.
- All Sonic games run very well with default settings.

How do these games work on Galaxy S6, Galaxy A41, Honor 8, Honor 9X, ROG Phone?

As I see around internet, Snapdragon phones run better due to better drivers running with Adreno GPUs. If you run games at 1x resolution, it's likely to Snapdragon 720G beat Snapdragon 845, just because it uses CPU's performance cores based on Cortex-A76 instead of Cortex-A75 of Snpadragon 845, that can achive pretty much the same single-core performance at lower clock speed (with less heat too), but it can't achive the same performance running at higher resolution, because the Adreno 618 is much slower than Adreno 630. Exynos 7420 can't even be compared to other SoCs you mentioned, its CPU is slower than any modern mid-range phone.
PC: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 / GTX 660 2GB / 16GB DDR4 3600MHz / Windows 10 Pro

Phones: Poco F3 8/256GB (Snapdragon 870 5G) and Redmi Note 6 Pro 4/64GB (Snapdragon 636)
