This is a known issue with known solutions: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=The_Legend_of_Zelda:_The_Wind_Waker#Dragon_Roost_Heat_Effect

If your version isn't PAL, you'll have to resort to the Free Look fix. Disabling EFB Copies might work too, but will reduce graphical fidelity.

Look again. The wiki has codes to disable the heat effect for NTSC and PAL.

They need to be more separated (parentheses just don't cut it), and the first code needs to be labeled explicitly as NTSC. Otherwise, it's easy to glance over (as it happened to me) :p

I'd asume that it doesn't work with the NTSC-J versions so maybe it should be changed to say "NTSC-U" (because who looks at the game ID? :p)

Until someone tests it, there is no way to know.
