Problems with settings?

Okay so I have SSBB and LoZ: Wind Waker. I got Wind Waker work (for the most part) and SSBB is WAY too fast. What settings should I set Dolphin to, to get the best all around performance?

Operating System:
Windows 8

Processor:
Interl Core i5-3317U CPU @ 1.70GHz

Video Card:
Intel HD Graphics 4000

RAM:
6 GB

4.0.2 x64

Config > General, set the Framelimit to Auto. And let go of Tab if you've been holding that key.

If you need general performance protips, look at a few of the other threads where people complain about performance – there's literally hundreds of them, and there's nothing I can tell you that they can't tell you. (Most important message is "get a better computer". All the other speedhacks can only get you so far on that low-end/ultrabook hardware.)
