Problems with PAD plugin

hello dear dolphin board :p
I read everything on this board for about 1 day and still have no sollution for my problem -.-

Okay now my specs:
Operating system: Windows 7 32 bit;
Processor: dual core 2.00 GHz;
Grafix: NVidia GeForce 9300 M GS;
------------------------------------------
Now my prob:
Everytime i try to open a game it says Cannot ini core, and pad plugin.
I can't select any plugin for PAD in the configurations,

I got C++ fully updated, and when i try to update my DirectX with the web installer, it says need to reffer to some 2 text files :S
I really don't know what to do, and i'm hoping you can help me now Smile

EDIT: I'm using Dolphin SVN R 4771

4771 is over a year old.
Download a version of dolphin from the official website.

Elaborate on: "it says need to reffer to some 2 text files".

okay i made everything now. Thx for that Big Grin

But now my problem is when I try to open my game (it's Zelda Wind Waker) it stays at Clearing Code Cache and the program stops workin' Sad

any sollution?

EDIT: Thx for your help, i looked a bit in the forum and i made everything Big Grin

just had to change grafixs driver to OPENGL and all probs desapeared :9
