Problems with init pads on dolphin 2.0

What i can do to fix this problem check on many threads thus none gave me a clue about it

When i try to run a game its always saying "cant init any PAD plugins" and following of "couldn't init your core, check your configuration"
Anyone can give me a hand with this problem step by step
